Cream Eyeliner

• These smudge like liners are in between a shadow and a liquid liner
• Use as a smokey shadow
• Use as a cream eyeliner - dip a small angle brush, push product along lash line
• Use as a base with co-ordinating eyeshadow on top for 24 hour wear 

 TIP - Airtight container keep lid on tight to avoid dryout
